We have released a new plug in solution to work around this issue. Please uninstall the current plug in application, and if you have it, the CADLearning Windows Desktop application. Then install our new solution found here.
Autodesk routinely updates programs with improvements and fixes. Normally, the impact is minimal, however, an update to Revit 2018 resulted in CADLearning’s in-app video player no longer being supported. This generates an error message when launching Revit if you are set to view videos in application instead of through the browser.
