Welcome to Our Team, Jason

Welcome to Our Team, Jason

We’re delighted to welcome Jason Wright, CADLearning Lead Generation Specialist, to the 4D team! Jason comes to us with 7 years of experience in a variety of sales arenas. We’re excited to see him apply that experience to help grow our business.

Here’s what Jason had to say about himself:

I was born in Berkeley, California. We spent a few years there then started migrating towards Nashvegas, Tennessee, for my fathers’ music career. I’ve lived in 9 states and tried my hand at quite a few trades. I’ve done everything from working the salmon run on commercial boats in Alaska to construction to selling cars in Florida and a ton of telemarketing. My passion is horticulture, and I also happen to be decent at sales.

I’ve been searching for a company and a culture that feels more like a family than a job. I truly believe I’ve found it here at 4D.

I love riding my bike to the water’s edge and reading or listening to music or just relaxing and watching the sunset. Fun fact, my left foot is 2 sizes bigger than my right foot!

I can’t say enough about how excited I am to be a part of the team! Not to mention, selling a superior product that will help companies save time and money!

Jason – Congratulations on becoming a part of our team! We know you’re going to do amazing things! We can’t wait to see you in action and look forward to getting to know you better.

Interactive Demos with Consensus

Interactive Demos with Consensus

If you haven’t already heard, we’ve invested in a new tool to help us deliver a better presales experience. It’s called Consensus.

Consensus lets us transform our live demos into an interactive experience potential buyers can access anytime, making it easier for our champions to self-educate and promote us internally. Plus, it personalizes demos to them and their pace to build trust and speed up decisions.

On top of all that, we’ll know who’s viewing our demos, what they select as priorities, how they engage, how to reach them, and who they bring in. So, we’ll have the data to know exactly what’s working and what’s not.

With guided, personalized digital demo experiences powered by Consensus, we look forward to seeing the team close more deals more often.

2022 Initiatives Director Check In

2022 Initiatives Director Check In

It’s been three weeks since the company update. So, we wanted to check in and look at the progress we have made on the initiatives we set out.

1. Full Transparency

There has been remarkable progress made toward this goal. For the first time, we can all look at the initiatives in development, content, and marketing and see, at a glance, how they are all aligned. Blockers make it obvious how pushed deadlines affect others, and early visibility helps us plan better.

We know that it hasn’t been an easy transition, but it is already paying early dividends that we are quite confident will only continue to grow. As we launch our initial sprints, thank you to everybody who has already made the JIRA leap and for putting so much time and attention into the effort.

2. Operation Outcome

We have a really cool POC in progress! David and Matt are working on a Generative Design project that will include the full high-level teaser, how-to, and detailed video workflow.

Meanwhile, the development team is adding high-level video functionality to the platform. This will allow us, our customers, and our partners to layer in best practices and proprietary techniques. Partners like US CAD and TPM, who we have told about this addition, are super excited.

3. Dominate Competition

Project Parity is on its way with the beginning of content creation. The marketing team is also preparing with teasers scheduled for an April release.

The next sprint is going to have so much competitive advantage that we are going to wait on a whole new blog post to get into all of it. But prepare to be excited!

4. Grow Sales

Partners are super motivated by the new pricing offer. We are really getting some good activity. We are also very excited to have a brand-new team member starting mid-March who will be working on lead generation and managing the initial parts of the sales cycle. More on that soon!

We all think it has been a great three weeks and love that we are starting to see the urgency, intensity, and accountability we asked for. Thanks for everything and keep it up!

Matt, Jamie, and Carlie
