Farewell to the New Hampshire Office

Farewell to the New Hampshire Office

While our New Hampshire office is just a building, it played a part in bringing many of us together over the years. So, as we say farewell to 360 Route 101, we wanted to share a few of your favorite office moments, memories, and experiences.

I remember and treasure the planning sessions, the Christmas parties, and the powerful moans and sighs when I announced the start of games at those Christmas parties. The step contests, noon walks around the office park and neighborhood, outdoor barbeques, and lunches in the kitchen area on the second floor… And I remember sitting at my desk and watching out my windows facing the back parking lot for the first and last person to arrive in the morning.

— Dan Dolan

I have so many great memories of the office… The Content Team collaboration sessions are some of my favorites. We’d gather in the conference room and go over our workflows and standards and streamline and make changes. There were about 15 of us in the room together, and it would always get so hot that we had to open the window! I always took notes. So many, many notes…

— Andrea Gaboriault

It was always a highlight of my year to spend a week huddled in that conference table swapping ideas. From the holiday parties to the brainstorming sessions, even though I was only there a few weeks total, I have lots of great memories.

— Carlie Wagner

If all this reminiscing has you feeling nostalgic for the typing, chatter, and background noises of the office – don’t worry, The Sound of Colleagues and I Miss the Office have got you covered.

Content Projects Update: Everything you want to know.

Content Projects Update: Everything you want to know.

We checked in with the content team this week to find out what professional projects they’ve been working on and for who! We’ve all been hearing chatter about our partners Baker Baynes, and obviously the crowd favorite- Autodesk. So here is what is officially up:

Autodesk: The team is currently working on Fusion certification prep, which includes 4 separate projects within the main project. Turning has been completed, Simulation is being worked on currently, and 3-axis and 5 axis/multi axis will follow.

Baker Baynes: Currently working on Scan to BIM for Buildings. It will cover the entire process from point cloud geometry extraction to finalizing geometries in Revit.

NCCER: NCCER stands for National Center for Construction, and they are a nonprofit organization that develops standardized construction and maintenance curriculum. We recently finished a project for training on accessing and working within NCCER’s Testing System and we are beginning work on a new project for their Registry System.

Revizto: We are starting a certification prep project with Revizto that will focus on the criteria needed to obtain Revizto Certification.

Worldsview: Worldsview is another South African company, and we are currently working on a project that will include TopCon, Vertical Construction with GTL 1000 & integration with Autodesk and vertical construction design with BIM360.

Lots of big things are happening with our partners and customers.

Stay tuned to catch up on more professional projects soon.

Onboarding Resources for Future Hires

Onboarding Resources for Future Hires

We’re always showing our customers how we can help them onboard new employees better, faster, and cheaper – now we’re doing it for ourselves!

When our latest additions to the team started, we recorded all our onboarding sessions. Now, we’re using our own accelerated capture process to create a new digital resource repository for future hires.

Switching to a more digitized onboarding process will not only make future new hires more productive faster, but it’ll also save some serious man hours. And, because anyone will be able to revisit that content in the future, none of our team’s valuable knowledge will be lost over time.

A BIG THANK YOU to Nick Brown, Sabine, Andrea, and Ash for volunteering their down time to help accomplish this!
