Uploading custom videos will take between 5 and 7 minutes per video. If the upload is taking much longer, you may have a firewall or antivirus running. We suggest altering the settings to help the upload.

If you receive a general pop-up error message, click through it, refresh the page, or check back after some time, and the video will be there.

If you’re receiving a cracked egg error when you try to play the video, contact support.

Please keep in mind our video specs must be: 

MP4 Files with H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec

Ideal Resolution: 1920x1080p

A new user may not be able to access the website for a few reasons:

• When the user was created, did the administrator set the user’s status as “Active”? If not, open that user’s profile, check the Active option and then click Save.
• When the user was invited, did they receive and accept the invitation within three (3) days? If not, contact support to get their account confirmed for them.
• If you have a limited number of subscriptions, was the user attached to one of them? If not, under Organization, click the Subscriptions tab and select that user for an open subscription.
